In the name of God Amen I Chapman S. Reeve of the town of Goshen in the County of Orange being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory (blessed be Almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth all my real and personal estate together with all debts due to me to her her heirs and assigns forever and I hereby appoint the said Elizabeth sole executrix. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of May in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.C. S. Reeves (LS)
Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Chapman S Reeve the testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names in the presence of the testator and of each other.

Whereupon I the Surrogate aforesaid upon the proof aforesaid being satisfied of the genuineness and validity of the said will do therefore order that the same be admitted to probate and the letters Testamentary thereon be granted to Elizabeth Reeve the executrix in the said will named she first taking the oath or affirmation required of her by law.
