A Justice of the Peace being needed in this County to fill the vacancy occasioned by the removal of John S. Henderson It is ordered that Curtis F. Reaves (sic Reeves) & Haden S. Edwards be and are hereby recommended to his Excellency James Clark govenor of this Commonwealth as fit and proper persons to fill said Office – A majority of all the Justices in this County being present and concurring herein.
