Transcription
Now at this Court Zachariah A. Edwards Administrator De Bonis Non of the Estate of Thomas Reaves Decd, Carried into Court & Returned & Account Curant for final Settlement of Said Estate with the Court.Whereupon It is Ordered by the Court that the Clerk enter upon Record Said Account Curant in his Inventory Book Kept for that purpose.
It is further Ordered by the Court that the Clerk file in his office the Original Account Curant as an office Document.
Now at this day agreeably to Notice previously Given us the law directs Zechariah A Edwards Administrator De Bonis Non which were of Thomas Reaves Decd, came into Court with his Accounts & Vouchers to Make a final Settlement with the Court of his Administration & Management of the Said Estate & after Examining his Accounts & Vouchers it appears that there is in his hands the Sum of nine thousand seven hundred seven dollars twenty seven & one fourth cents. Distributions between the Several Heirs at Law Amounting in all to Twelve & Named as follows to wit Elizabeth Reaves the Widow & Relic of Said Decedant & Eleven Children James T. Reaves Mariah Edwards the Widow & Relic of Malichi Edwards & formerly Mariah Reaves Caroline Reaves Eli T. Reaves Alfred Reaves & Thomas Reaves which last Named Six are Minors under the age of Twenty one years but of the aforesaid Sum to be Divided Elizabeth Reaves is intitled to a distributive Share of one fifth part only & five Thousand four hundred & Sixty three Dollars Eighty three & one fourth Cents which is the Amount of Money Raised from the Sale of the personal property there being more than four Children & which Sum when Divided into five Equal parts will Make Elizabeth Reaves the Widows Share amount to be Sum of one Thousand & Ninety two Dollars & Seventy Six Cents, leaving in the hands of the Administrator the Sum of Eight Thousand Six hundred & Sixteen Dollars & forty one Cents for Division between the above named Eleven Children & heirs at law & which Said Sum when Divided into Eleven Equal parts will Make the Share of Each heir amount to the Sum of Eight Thousand Six hundred Sixteen Dollars & fifty one Cents.
Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court that Elizabeth Reaves the Widow & Relic of Thomas Reaves Decd do have the Sum of One Thousand & Ninety two Dollars Seventy Six Cents which is in full of her Distributive Share of the personal Estate of the Decedant
Ordered by the Court that the Administrator pay to Elizabeth Reaves the Sum of one Thousand & Ninety two Dollars & Seventy Six Cents which is in full of her Distributive Share of the personal Estate of Thomas Reaves Decd & take her Receipt for Same

Ordered by the Court that Mariah A. Edwards & the heirs of Malachi Edwards have the Sum of Seven hundred & Eighty three Dollars of thirty Cents which is in full of their Distributive Share of the Real & personal Estate of Thomas Reaves Decd.
Ordered by the Court that the Administrator pay to Mariah A. Edwards the Sum of Seven hundred & Eighty three Dollars & thirty one & take her Receipt for the Same
Ordered by the Court that James Primm in Right of his Wife Jane A. Primm formally Jane A. Reaves the Sum of Seven hundred & Eighty three Dollars & thirty one cents which is in full of his Distributive Share in Eight of his Wife of the Real & personal property of The Estate of Thomas Reaves Decd.

It is further Ordered by the Court that the Administrator upon the payment of the above Sums to the Several heirs at Law of Thomas Reaves Decd & the production of their Receipts to the Court be thence Discharged from the further Management & administration of Said Estate.
