The State of Ohio, Knox County SSKnow all men by these presents that I John W ( sic U ) Reeves of the county of Knox & State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Forty dollars to me in hand paid by Thomas I. Reeves of the county of Prince William Va. I hereby release transfer and sell to said Thomas I. Reeves all my right title and interest to the Estate of Hezekiah H. Reeves Dec’d late of the County of Prince William in the State of Virginia both real and personal to him his heirs & assigns forever meaning and hereby intending to so assign & convey absolutely to him the said Thos. I Reeves all my interest to said Estate both legal & equitable to his own proper use and benefit In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this May 29th 1841
