Transcript

Agreeable to an order of the County Court of Mason we the undersigned being appointed to appraise and divide the slaves of Austin S. Reeves deceased after being duly sworn proceeded to divide the same finding the whole to be worth twenty eight hundred dollars to be divided into seven parts as follows, Benjamin Reeves drew Matilda and her child Pressley and pay Austin S. Reeves's heirs fifty dollars. Austin S. Reeves's heirs drew Larina and Harriet and is to receive of Benjamin Reeves fifty dollars. Sarah Reeves drew Charles and Mariah and pay John Reeves seventy five dollars, John Reeves drew Ann and is to receive of Sarah Reeves Seventy five dollars, Sibella Truitt drew Nancy, George Reeves drew Reuben and is to pay Mary Miller one hundred dollars, Mary Miller drew Nelly and her Child Sarah and is to receive one hundred dollars of George Reeves All of which we submit to the honorable Court of Mason. Given under our hands this 15th March 1842.
