I make this as my last will and Testament that my beloved wife Rachel Reeves shall heir all my Estate after paying my Just Debts and have and to hold during her natural life and at her death I bequeath it to my Several children equally to it James Joseph Miranda Lucindia Elizabeth and Robert Reeve.

                                                            I Haney W. Bigham Clerk of the County Court aforesaid hereby Certify that at the May Term of Said County Court this writing was produced into open Court and proven to be the nuncupative will of Robert E. Reeves by the oaths of John Wilborn and Peter Shoemaker Subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded Whereupon I have Recorded the Same with this Certificate in my office this 11th day of May 1846.
