Know all men by these presents that I John Reeves of the State and District aforesaid have in consideration of Eight hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by W W Fortinbury of the State and District aforesaid have bargained Sold and do by these presents bargain Sell and forever relinquish unto the Said W W Fortinbury a certain tract of Land cituated on Little Lyntches Creek containing one hundred and Seventy five acres more or less Beginning at the mouth of hortons branch on Lyntches Creek thence up Said branch to Michael Hortons line thence N. W by blazed timber joining Michael Horton to Deasns branch thence down Said branch to the creek thence down said creek to the beginning corner, to have and to hold all and Singular the rights and appertainancey there unto mentioned and I do hereby warrant, and forever defend my self my heirs Executors administrators or assigns or any other persons to have or to hold any lawful claims there on where unto I have set my hand and Seal this May the 22nd 1847
