Transcript

In the name of God - Amen.
Knowing it apointed that all mankind once to die, I make this my last will and Testament and first & principal I resine my soal to God that gave it and my body to the dust from whence it came to be buried in a common decent manner and secondly I leve my wife in possession of my land and home and personal property after paying my debts, if there be any, during her widowhood or her natural lifetime, and then my land to be equally divided between my two sones, Thomas and Samuel Reeves, and my household furniture, of every description to be equally divided betwixt my two daughters Marget and Catherine Reeves, and my other property to be equally divided betwixt all my legal heirs, and I leve my present wife Ane and Josiah Harrison executors of the above will and in witness hereof I set my hand and seal this 25th day of March, 1850.
