I James Reaves of the County of Maury and State of Tennessee do make and publish this my last will and testament and first I direct that my body be decently interred and as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows
First I direct that all of my debts and funeral expenses be paid, as soon after my decease as posible (sic), out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor from any portion of my estate real or personal
2 I give and bequeath all my worldly estate real and personal unto my wife Peggy Reaves During her
3 I give and bequeath unto Martha Ann Rountree my negro girl Vicy at my wife Peggy Reaves death
4 at my wifes death the perishable property to be equally divided among all the heirs of my body I do hereby make and ordain and apoint (sic) my Son Robert A. Reaves Executor of this my last will and testament in Witness whereof I James Reaves the said testator have to this my last will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this the
