Commentary
For all of this schedule, in the "Where Born" column, only a single place, typically a county, is listed. It is highly probable therefore that Isaac was born somewhere within the county of Gloucestershire, rather than specifically within the City of Gloucester. On the 1851 census, Gloucestershire born Reeves folk residing in Hampshire are very uncommon. Thus far the only other individual identified is William Reeves residing in nearby Winchester.
