Commentary

This enumeration sheet is unusual. Rather than the normal printed form, it was a blank sheet of paper on which the various column headings have been added and grids drawn by hand. It follows printed page 48, folio 270 face as page 49, folio 271 face, so it seems the reverse of folio 270 has not been filmed. It is followed by a second hand written page marked page 50. The "Summary of Totals" on Page ii at the start of this enumeration book does show two additional pages 49 & 50 being included and their totals counted.

Following the hand written page 50 is the usual printed Page i, folio 272 face; the start of the next enumeration book.
