To all whom it may concern, Know yeThat I Mary Reeve of the Town of Walkill County of Orange & State of New York, being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory through the mercy of God do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
1st I give and bequeath to my daughter Sophronia A Reeve all of my house hold furniture, together with my personal estate of all kinds, and discriptions whatsoever and likewise the entire use and benefit of my Real Estate, untill it shall be sold as is hereinafter mentioned.
2nd I hereby request authorize and impower my executor herein after named to sell my said Real Estate as soon as it may be practicable and proper according to his judgment either by publick sale or otherwise the proceeds of which sale I will and order to be appreciated as follows (to wit) one half thereof to my said daughter Sophronia A Reeve. one fourth thereof to my son Martin Luther Reeve and one fourth thereof to my son Elisha Reeve, when he shall return from California, but untill such return by him I give and bequeath this (or his) item to my said daughter Sophronia A. Reeve. I give to my son John C Reeve the Note which I hold against him, all just debts and expences pertaining hereunto are to be deducted from the said proceeds of the sale previous to the division thereof.
3rd I hereby nominate and appoint my friend Lither K. Little to be my executor to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and fifty two (1852)

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Mary Reeve, to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the Testator.

I Mary Reeve of the Town of Walkill County of Orange and State of New York, do hereby make and publish this codicil to my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) whereas in and by my said last will and Testament I have given and bequeathed to my son Elisha Reeve, the one fourth part of the proceeds of the sale of my real estate, I do hereby order and declare that my will is that only the one eighth part of the said proceeds be paid unto him in full of the said legacy I have as aforesaid given and bequeathed unto him, and that the remaining eighth part of the said legacy be given and paid to my son William F. Reeve. And lastly it is my desire that this my present codicil be annexed to and made a part of my last Will and Testament to all intents and purposes. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty second day of May one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.
