In the name of God AmenI Joab Reeve, of the township of New Hanover County of Burlington, and State of New Jersey, Being weak of Body, but of sound mind memory and understanding, do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament, hereby revoaking all other wills of mine theretofore made, and declaring this to be my only last Will and Testament, made in maner and form as follows, viz
Item I give and devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter Henrietta Blair, all my estate, both real and personall, of what soever nature or wheresoever found to have and to hold the same in fee simple absolute, and I do hereby appoint the said Henrietta Blair my sole executrix and do hereby auhtorize and impower her to sell any part or all of my estate at any time she may deem propper after my decease, make sufficient deed or deeds of conveighance to the purchaser or purchasers as I could have done in my life time, and to appropriate the proceeds of all my estate, to her own use or as she may deem propper
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this third day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three AD 1853 and before these witnesses say that this is my will

George H Cox one of the witnesses to the within will being duly sworn according to law doth depose and say that he saw Joab Reeves the testator therein named sign & seal the same & heard him publish pronounce and declare the within to be his last Will & Testament and at the doing thereof he was of sound disposing mind & memory as far as this deponent knows and as he verily believes and that Joseph L Lamb the other subscribing evidence was present at the same time and signed his name as witness to the said will together with this deponent in the presence of the testator & in the presence of each other
