This Indenture made this first day of November One thousand Eight hundred and fifty six between Frederick Reaves of the one part and Martin Still of the other part both of said county, Witnesseth That the said Frederick Reaves for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to him n hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge, hath granted, bargained, and doth by these present grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Martin Still, his heirs and assigns a parcel of land Containing six or Eight acres more or less, it being swamp land on the Beaverdam Creek, and part of lot No (51) fifty one third District of Walton County. Commencing at a with oak on the west of the run of said Creek, running strait across the swamp to East side, thence up said Creek to the original line of said lot of land, Crossing said swamp with said original line, thence down said creek to the beginning Corner on said White oak, including the meanderings of said swamp, and a sufficiency of high dry land to put a fence upon on the west side of said swamp.

To have and ot hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said Martin Still, his heirs and assign, to his and their own proper se, benefit and behoof forever in Fee Simple.

And the said Frederick Reaves, for himself, his heirs, Executors & administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Martin Still, his heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof, against themselves and against the claims of all other persons Whatsoever.

In Witness whereof the said Frederick Reaves hath here unto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first before written.
