Transcription
In the name of god amen. I Francis Lacey being of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make and constitute this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me madeItem 1st. I give and bequath (sic) to my son Danl E Lacey all my estate real and personal of every kind, all moneys and bonds and accounts of which I may die possessed Except the legacies herein after Specially bequeathed to my other children to him and to his heirs forever
Item 2nd. I give to my son Mel. T. Lacey and David B Lacey each one feather bed stead and furniture to them and to their heirs forever
Item 3 I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Powell Nancy Reives Sarah Reives and Dicey Boyd each one dollar and to my sons Allen Lacey and the hiers of my son Christopher C Lacey one Dollar each (To wit to Allen Lacey one Dollar and to C C Lacey him one dollar) to them and their heirs forever. I hereby Constitute and appoint my son Mel. T. Lacey my Executor to Execute this will. In testimony of all which I hereto set my hand and affix my seal this 18th day of April 1866
