Know all men by these Presents, that I, James B Reeves of the State and County aforesaid in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to me in hand paid by Synthia M. Ellis of the same State and County the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have Granted, Bargained, Sold and Released and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said Synthia M. Ellis a tract or parcel of land situate in the County and State aforesaid, bounded on the North by lands of the said Synthia M. Ellis, West by lands of R. A. Crimminger and on the South and East by lands (blank) the said James B Reeves, and containing Five acres, more or less. Together with all and singular the rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining, to have and to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said Synthia M. Ellis her heirs and assigns forever, and do hereby bind myself and my heirs executors and administrators, to warrant and forever defend, all and singular the said premises, unto the said Synthia M. Ellis, her heirs and assigns, against myself and my heirs, and all other persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof
