Add "Last Forum Posts" to Right Margin

Do you think we might have a dynamic list for "Latest Forum Posts" such as Updated Pages and Last Wiki Comments also adding it to the right margin of all pages.

I've tried to enable this, but there is a known TikiWiki bug in 4.x which means the "Last Forum Posts" feature doesn't work for Registered users, only for admins.

This request cannot be progressed further, whilst we remain on TW version 4.x
