Holy Trinity, Hoxton is an Ecclesiastical Parish created in 1848 from the west part of the Ecclesiatical Parish of Hoxton (St John) in the south-east of the county of Middlesex.Holy Trinity is approximately three miles north-east of the City of London.

As noted above, Holy Trinity was not created until 1848. Prior to that this area was part of the Ecclesiastical Parish of Hoxton (St John).To the east was the Ecclesiastical Parish of Haggerston (St Mary) and the Ancient Parish of Shoreditch.
To the south was the Ancient Parish of Shoreditch and the long established Ecclesiastical Parish of Old Street St Luke.
The the west was the long established Ecclesiastical Parish of Old Street St Luke and the ancient parish of Islington (St Mary).
To the north was the ancient parish of Islington (St Mary), Ball's Pond, and West Hackney.
