In Grace Church, New-York, on Monday morning last, by the Rev. Doct. Wainwright, CHARLES F. V. REEVE, of the firm of C. Reeve & Co. Newburgh, to Miss ADELINE AMOS, of New-York.

Charles F. O. Reeve, a prominent and wealthy resident of Newburg, died yesterday, suddenly, of heart disease. Mr. Reeve was born in Newburg in July, 1800, and was for several years an importing merchant of Charleston, S. C., but for many years has resided in his native town, having retired from business. He was a member of a family that has been prominent in business in that region for a century past.
