In 1851, she was living with her maternal grandparents, William and Mary Felton in Bulmer. This census states she was born in Guestlingthorpe.
By 1861, she was back in her father's household.
She may have married to a Mr. Everett who died before 1862 as she was married that year to a John Tarbon under the name Charlotte Everett. The record states her father was Samuel Reeve and she was of Belchamp Otten. She signed her mark as Charlotte Reeves.
