MRS. FRANCES HOBBIE, aged 88, a pioneer of Kankakee county, died in Kankakee Wednesday morning. Her husband, Maj. Albert G. Hobbie, deceased, at one time a hatter in Chicago, formerly owned the site of Marhsall Field's wholesale warehouse when it was a favorite hunting place for ducks.
