In 1851, John, age 41, born in Little Burstead, Essex, was living in Clerkenwell St Philip in Middlesex with wife Sarah (39) and children Eliza (9), Susan (6) and Michael (19).

In 1871, the widow Sarah Reeve (59) and her daughter Susannah M. (26) were living with her daughter Eliza Bayford (29) and her husband Stephen (33) in Clerkenwell St James.

In 1881, Sarah (69) was living next door to Stephen "Baiford" in Clerkenwell St James. Her daughter Susannah (36) was with her.

In 1891, Sarah was age 79, living in Clerkenwell with her daughter Susannah (46).
