The St. Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney Parish record from Tower Hamlets, London has the following marriage record:
  • William Reeve Mihill of this Parish & Hamlet of ? Widower and Rebecca Reeve of this parish & same Hamlet spinster were married in this Church by banns...this tenth Day of February in the Year One thousand eight hundred and seventeen

In 1851, Rebecca was living in Romford, Dagenham in Essex in 1851. Children William R. (28) and Sarah R. Mihill (24) were living with her along with a visitor Mary Ann Mead (25) and several servants, John Westmore (55), Sarah Westmore (53), and Maria Westmore (12).

In 1861, she was still living in Romford with William Reeve Mihall (as head of household) and Sarah Reeve Mihall and one servant, Ellen Murray.

In 1871, she was again in Romford, age 79. William R. Mihill (49) was head of household with Sarah R. Mihill (sister, 44), Maria Porter (cousin, 66), Louisa Jarvis (servant, 18), and Emma Jarvis (servant, 16).
