  • Richard Reeve Bachelor of this Parish and Henrietta Emma Reeve spinster of this Parish were married in this church by Banns ... this 19th Day of September in the Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and 1831 By me H W Hall.

In 1841, he was living at Shudy Camps, Cambridgeshire, age 35 with Emma (30), Marianna (6), John (3), Manoah (1).

In 1851, he was living in Shudy Camps, Cambridgeshire, age 47, born in Hadstock, Essex. Children Bennet C (18), Henrietta (17), Marianna (16), Manoah (11), Rasalana (9), Amena (7), Thomas (5), Kate (3), and Adelaide (1) were with him along with a governess Emma Sims (25) and a house servant Harriet Mynell? (19).

In 1861, he was in Stanstead, Hertfordshire, age 57, born in Hadstock, Essex. With him are wife Henrietta E. (53), son Bennet C. (28), and daughter Susana (23).

This family moved to Australia. The Death index lists the death of Bennett Charles Reeve in 1911, son of Richard and Emma Reeve.

Sydney Cemetery transcriptions include an entry from Rockwood Cemetery for Richard Reeve, died 19 Apr 1874, age 71, born in Linton, Cambridgeshire, England. Died at Sydney.

New South Wales death index states that his father's name was Thomas. As Richard Reeve of Shudy Camps, Cambridge, he was named as a son in the will of Thomas Reeve the elder of Hadstock, Essex. He is also mentioned along with his son Bennett Charles Reeve in the will of his mother Catherine Reeve of Hadstock, Essex.

The Australia Death Index reports that Emma Henrietta Reeve, daughter of Richard Kent Reeve and Letitia Pitty, died at Queensland on 15 Jan 1886.
