- The said Thomas Reeve of this Parish Batchelor & the said Sarah White of this Parish spinster were married in this church by Banns this 21st day of Novr 1797 by me Richd Birch Rector...in presence of Joseph Reeve Mary White
- Thomas son of Thomas & Sarah Reeve baptized Feby 11th 1798
Since their son Thomas moved to Roxwell, it is apparent that this couple are the Thomas and Sarah whose burials are recorded there later.
Widow Sarah Reeve is living in the household of Joseph & Harriet Gower in Roxwell in 1851. Sarah was a pauper age 70, born in Shellow Bowells.

Research Notes
There were children Thomas, Joseph, and Maria baptized at Widford in the same time frame this Thomas and Sarah were having children. At first glance it would appear to be their children, but this doesn't fit as this Thomas had a son Thomas born earlier in 1798:- Reeves - Thomas and Joseph twins of Thomas and Sarah Reeve were baptized the tenth of April 1806
- Reeves - Thomas and Joseph twins of Thomas and Sarah Reeve were baptized the tenth of April 1806
- Reeve Maria - Daughter of Thomas and Sarah Reeve was baptized October the 9th 1809
There was also a John and Mary Reeve who may belong to this couple baptized at Roxwell, St. Michael and All Angels, Essex:
- John son of Thos & Sarah Reeve baptd May 25th (1800)
- Mary Daughr of Thos & Sarah Reeve bap Augst 18th (1810)
