William J. C. Reeve is listed on the Georgia, U.S., Property Tax Digests, 1793-1892, of Gordon County along with his brothers Asberry Reeve and James M. Reeve.

In the 1880 Census of Calhoun, Gordon County, Georgia, William J. C. Reeve was listed in the home of his brother James M. Reeve.
