In his will, Abraham Reeves states that his children "by my first wife" were Mansel P. Reeves, Nathan Reeves, Hannah Nichols, and Emily Oneal. After naming his present wife he lists four more children: Ann Bell, William Lincoln, Ludena, and Edwin Reeves.

Salem, Columbiana, Ohio Meeting records list of Abraham and Mary's children include the daughter Mary Ellen who is not mentioned elsewhere.
