Alfred Reeves
Services for Alfred S. Reeves, 66, of San Diego, brother of Joseph Reeves of National City, were Monday in Beardsley Funeral Home.
Born in Wyoming, Reeves was retired after serving as manager of a Point Loma grocery and other businesses. He died last Thursday of a heart attack while visiting relatives in Saugus.
Also surviving are his wife, Nellie; two daughters, Mrs. June Chapman of San Diego and Mrs. Jacqueline Bensfield of Del Mar; another brother; a sister, Mrs. Annie Ellis of San Diego; four grandchildren, and a great-grand-daughter.
Burial was in El Camino Memorial Park.
