Eaton Reeves and Priscilla Palmer had at least one child:
1. John Reeves. He was living in Lancaster County in 1745.
He married Priscilla Palmer by bond dated 14 August 1724, Lancaster Co., VA, with William Reeves of Northumberland County signing as security. They were mentioned in Lancaster County court minutes during the 1730s. Priscilla Reeves, daughter of Ann Palmer, is named as an heir in the 14 April 1734 Lancaster Co., VA, Will of Richard Chichester.
John Reeves was apprentice to Absolom Mahon, occupation weaver. John’s father is named as Eaton Reeves, Lancaster County, June 14, 1745.
Research Note
One John Reaves died in Lancaster County about July 1790 with probate entered 17 June 1793. This may have been Eaton Reeves's son John. Benjamin Garton was possessed with the estate, which was also in the hands of James Reaves, administrator. Martin Shearman, Lawson Hathaway, Robert Currell, along with Isaac Degge and Spencer Currell, are mentioned in connection with the inventory and appraisal.
