He is living in his parents, Peachy Harrison Reeves and Mary Catherine Neff Reeves home. His siblings Robert, William, and Mary are also listed. Jacob's father, Peachy, occupation is that of a teamster. In colonial times a teamster was a laborer who drove a team of draft horses, oxen, or mules attached to a cart or wagon to haul cargo, freight, and supplies.
