The above sons William, George and Thomas are evidently brothers based on census records. The marriage records for George and Thomas both state their father was named John. In 1845, George's marriage record indicates his father John was a lapidary. And in 1850 from Thomas's marriage record he is said to be a manufacturing chemist.
