On Tuesday evening, by the Rev. John C. Smith, Mr. JOHN C. REEVES to Miss MARY E. A. WALLER, all of this city.

The Virginia marriage record for Fannie names both parents and John's full name. John left a will in 1890 which names his daughters Fanny Lee Reeves and Johanna V. Dewaney. It also names a wife Mary Elizabeth Allen Reeves. John was buried in the Rock Creek Cemetery in Washington 4 Oct 1890.
