Children of Joseph Reeves and Esther Wilkinson:

1. Joseph Reeves

The inventory of Joseph Reeve was made 28 Apr 1821. Joseph is described as late of Downs township, Cumberland County, New Jersey. Jonathan Love and Daniel Buzby were the appraisers. Esther Reeve and Joseph Buzby were administrators. They were appointed 14 Mar 1821 (recorded 3 May 1821).

There is a headstone in the Haleyville United Methodist Church Cemetery which reads: "Esther Wilkinson/Wife of/Joseph Reeves/and consort of/John Cobb/Feb. 27, 1783/Mar. 3, 1873/At Rest."

In the will of his father Henry, it states: "I give and Devise unto my Grandson Joseph Reeves son of my son Joseph during his natural life the plantation whereon he now lives together with all my lands in the township of Downs."
