Born in Parkersburg (Bladen County) North Carolina, Dr. Julius Norman Reeves, more frequently known as 'Norman', was a physician who established a medical practice and a regional medical clinic (The Reeves Clinic) in Westernport, MD with his fraternal twin brother Raymond William Reeves. He and his wife Margaret 'Peg' Reeves married late and did not have any children. Norman for some years served in the military and was stationed in Germany in the 1950's.
