From the HISTORY OF ECHOLS FAMILY by Milner Echols in 1850:
"James Echols second daughter named Mary Echols, married Jeremiah Reeves. They had five sons and four daughters...Jeremiah Reeves first daughter, Leah, married Samuel Neblick (sic), lives in Jackson County, Georgia."
The 1860 census of Smith County, Texas lists the name of Samuel J. Niblack's wife as Elizabeth; however, she appears to be the same person as Leah, born 1804, named in the 1850 census of Jackson County, Georgia. Family information entered at Findagrave indicates that her full name was Leah Elizabeth.
