Narrative

Leonidas, or Lon or L.C. as most people called him, died when I was young. I don't remember much about him. He was active in the Church of Christ in Ellis county (Ovilla and Midlothian areas) in the early 20th century. There is a cabin in a city park in downtown Midlothian (moved there when one of the concrete factories nearby began to eat into the hillside in search of more limestone) in which my father told me he once lived in.
