Death of an Ancient Jerseyman.
Samuefl Reeves, the oldest and wealthiest citizen of Haddonfield, and in fact the oldest in Camden County, died at his home in Haddonfield, N. J., a few days ago, very suddenly. He was 96 years of age, and up to the time of his death was always healthy and retained his more than ordinary business faculties. He was a very large real estate owner in New Jersey and was known all over the State. With his death, eight deaths of residents between the ages of 90 and 100 years have taken place in Haddonfield within tow years, including those of John Gill, Samuel Nicholson and Joseph Kay, all prominently known. Mr. Reeves is the last of the residents over 90 years of age.
