Little is presently know of Sarah Reeves. Family Search has a probable baptism on 14 July 1796 at Downton, which fits the age from the 1851 census. There is also a marriage entry, again in Downton on 7 December 1824.

Sarah and her husband Frederick Caiger appear on the 1841 census at St Peter Street in St Thomas parish of Winchester, Hampshire and in 1851 & 1861 in Downton Wiltshire. She is appears as a widow on the 1871 census in Downton.

Sarah has not been found on the 1881 census. There is a probable death registration match in September quarter of 1880 in Winchester Registration District of a Sarah age 81/84.
