In an 1846 deed, "Elias Truitt and Sibbie his wife of the County of Monroe and State of Indiana" sold to John Reeves their part in the farm of "our late Father Austin Reeves, Deceased, situated in Mason County."

1850 Census says she was born in Virginia, but the family had moved by 1792.
