William Reeves was an elder of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Winchester, Franklin County, Tennessee. When a new building was constructed after the first church building burned, William Reeves was listed as an elder on the deed for the lot. He was also the contractor for the woodwork in the new church building.¹
