He was baptised 3 Feb 1767, so born c1766, in Sandhurst, Kent. He married 13 Nov 1786 at Rolvenden, Kent. He lived in Sandhurst 1767-1877, in Woodchurch 1789-1800, and again in Sandhurst 1800-1848. He died age 81 at 11pm from a diseased prostate; his youngest son Thomas was present. He is thought to be buried in the Baptist church graveyard Sandhurst in one of the several graves recorded simply as Reeves.
