TRP Goes Public.
We are out of stealth mode! On Monday 1 August, Bev announced the existance of TRP to the Reeves-L list on Rootsweb. See
We decided to announce only in one place because we had no idea what level of interest there might be and we wanted to be able to handle new community members on a personal basis.
Well, two weeks later and we've had 33 people complete the "Join Us".
- The most recent individual only registered yesterday and I've yet to send them the necessary instructions.
- Four have not responded to our e-mail to completed the simple Register form. Neither have they responded to follow-up e-mail. Regretably, their passcode has now expired.
- Two users have yet to complete the Register form, but they are either in active contact or only completed the form within the last few days. Their pascode is still valid
- Six users have completed the Register form but have yet to validate their account by following the link in the validation e-mail.
Of these, three users completed the registration form early last week and have been sent a second copy of the activation e-mail. Contact Martin privately if you are having issues validating your account. - TWENTY users have validated their accounts and have joined TRP as new community members. At least one is actively posting new pages already.
