Memorandum that on or about the nyneteenth day of February one thousand six hundred seaventy and one Thomas Reeve Dr in Divinity late of Waltham Abbey alias Waltham holy Cross in the County of Essex deceased whilst he lived being of perfect mind and memory and haveing an intent and purpose to make and declare his last will and testament nuncupative dide utter and speak these words or the very like in effect following (vizt) I eave every thing or all that I have to my wives disposing meaning and speaking of Mary Reeve his Relict (except my Bookes and my clothes which I give or leave to my Grandchild William Seycill) which words or the very like in effect he uttered and spoke for his last will and testament nuncupative in the presence and hearing of diverse audible witnesses.
