Edward Reeves of Baltimore County Planter me my heirs Execs & admins and Assigns are holdon and firmly bound & justly indebted unto Richard Adams his heirs Execs Admins and assigns in the full some an just quantity of Four thousand pounds of good sound woll conditioned leaf tobacco and casks to contain the same to be paid at some convenient place in the said County on Demand after the forth day of October next following the Date here of signed with my seale and dated this 29th Day of July 1683
The condition of this present obligation is that if the above Bounded Edward Reeves his heirs Execs Administrators Assigns or certain Attorney or Attorneys doe for him and his heirs Exrs Adm or Assigns Acknowledge and Record in Open Court A Certain Deed of Gift to Elisabeth Swanson the sole Daughter of Edward Swanson Deceased to her and her heirs forever a certain parcel of Land containing one hundred acres called Phillis Choice now in the possession of Edward Reeves from him his heirs executors Admitr & assigns or any person laying clayme title or interest to the said land then this obligation to be voyed and of no effect otherwise to remain in full force power & virtue.
