Transcription
Whereas the Relict of Israel Johnson of this County did Personally in Open Court relinquish her Right of Administration on hir said husbands Estate and Whereas Mr. Henry Reeves father of the Relict Peticioned (sic) this Court for Administracon (sic) on the sd. Estate as greatest Creditor. This Court have therefore granted administration upon the Estate of the sd. Israel Johnson unto the sd. Mr. Henry Reeves giving in Security to this Court to be accountable for & to deliver up the same sd every part thereof when thereunto Law fully Required.Ordered that Mr. John Daingerfield Mr. Anthony North do meet at the house of Israel Johnson late decd on the 6th or 7th Ins:t to Inventory & appraise the Estate of the sd. Johnson & that they make Report thereof under their hands to the next Court held for the North Side of the River. Mr. Henry Awbrey is also requested to admist:r an Oath to the foresd. Appraisers for their due appraisemt of the Estate aforesd.
