Whereas Henry Reeves who obtained administracon (sic) in this Court as greatest Creditor upon the Estate of Israell Johnson decd, hath by Oath made to his account Exhibited against the sd Estate proved that 3050 Pounds of Tobb. & Cask is due to him from the Estate aforesd the Court have therefore granted Judgment unto the said Henry Reeves against the Estate of the sd Israell Johnson for the sd. Three Thousand & fifty Pounds of Tobb. & Cask to be pd according to Prioritie in Law w:lb Cost of Suit att Exr.d
