Know all men by these presents yt I John Brown and Mary my wife have for a valuable consideration Assigned over unto Tho: Reeves this pattent beginning at ye pig's? clay? branch and soe downe the swampe ye lowe side of Richard Showstts line? to ye extent of ye pattent warranting the said to ye sd Reeves his heirs exrs admrs or Assigns for ever with all its priviledges thereunto belonging as witness or hands & seals this tenth day of Febry in ye year of or Lord one thousand six hundred & ninety before signed I say from me ye sd Brown my heirs exrs & admrs
