In the Name of God Amen I Mary Ryves of the parish of St Katherine Cree church London Widdow being suck and indisposed in body at this present but of sound and disposing mind and memory praised be God doe upon good consideracon make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and forme following that is to say
First and principally I commend my soul to Amighty God hopeful and assuredly beleiveing that through the death passion and alone merits of my dear and only Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ all my sinns are pardoned and that my body which I comit to the earth and desire it may be decently buryed at St Dionis Backchurch London at the discrecon of my executors hereafter named at the generall day of resurreccon being reunited to my soul shall together inherit eternall life and glory in the kingdom of heaven And as for such temporall estate as God hath bestowed on me in this life I give and dispose thereof as here in after is expressed first I will that all my just debts whatsoever and my funerall charges shall be fully paid and satisfyed.
Item I give and intrust into the hands of my executors hereafter named the summe of tenn pounds of lawfull money of England to the intent that they therewith releive my dear and loveing sister Sarah Hull at such times as they shall think it and see occasion untill the same shall appear by her receipts to be expended.
Item I give to my loveing daughter Anne Zouch one hair gold ring three guilded spoones and one half of my necklace of pearle.
Item I give to my loveing daughter Mary Bishop three guilt spoones and one enameled Ring.
Item I give to my cousin and Goddaughter Anne Wayte one twenty shilling broad peice of gold.
Item I give to my Aunt Maxey five pounds of lawfull money of England.
Item I give to my grandson Charles Bishop (if my estate shall not fall short to pay the same) the summe of fifty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid by my executors at his age of twenty and one years or sooner to put him out to some trade employment or calleing as they shall think fit and convenient.
Item I give and bequeath to my loveing daughter Elizabeth Ryvers (sic) my silver tankard three silver guilt spoones one silver cupp two silver pottingers five silver spoones one silver salt seller and the other half of my necklace of pearle the sad coloured serge Bedd with the bedstead curtaines dallons? pillows boulster rugg blanketts and appurtenances and one other feather bedd
Item I give to my said daughter Elizabeth one hundred pounds of lawfull money of England and all my child bedd lynnen to be paid and delivered unto her at her age of twenty and one yeares or on the day of her marriage (with my executors consent) which first shall happen over and above her one third part of the estate which my deceased husband Charles Ryvers (sic) left her by his last will and testament and I will desire and impower my executors hereafter named to have the management of the said third part for her use and towards her maintenance and from time to time pay and dispose thereof untill the said Elizabeth shall be of the said age of twenty and one yeares.
Item I give to my brother Thomas Hudson my largest guilt spoon and to my brother John Hudson my Pilgrim gold Ring and doe hereby make and ordaine them the said Thomas Hudson and John Hudson joynt executors of this my last will and testament to whom I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate whatsoever and will that they reimburse and indempnifye themselves of and for all charges costs damages and expences which they or either of them shall incurr or be put unto in or concerning this my last will and testament or the execucon thereof and I doe hereby revoke and disanull all former wills by me made or spoken and make and ordaine this alone to be and stand for my last will and testament.
