In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Druce of Charter House Square in the County of Middlesex Widow being at present of sound and disposing mind and Memory Blessed be God do make this my last Will and Testament in manner followingImprimis I recommend my soul to Almighty God who gave it me trusting in the Merritts of my only Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ My Body to be committed to the Earth to be decently interred in the parish Church of Saint Mathew Friday Street London if I shall happen to dye in the place where I now reside or in any part of the City of London to be layd in the South Isle of the said Church as near the Body of my Beloved Daughter Anne as conveniently can be and as to such worldly Goods as it hath pleased God to bestow on me I dispose of the same as followeth
First I give and bequeath to my Loving Sister Anne Ryves Widow and Relict of my late Brother Richard Ryves deceased the sum of twenty pounds of Lawfull money of Great Britain
Item I give and bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Thompson the Wife of Michael Thompson of the City of London Linen Draper the sum of one hundred pounds of like lawfull money to be payd to her or her assigns to and for her own sole proper and Separate use (free and discharged of and from the controul or management of her said husband) by my executrix hereinafter named within the space of six calendar months next after my decease and I do hereby order and direct that her Receipt for the same notwithstanding her Coverture shall be sufficient discharge to my said executrix for the same all the rest and residue of my personal Estate whether in Stocks or annuities in any of the Companys or under any other Title or Denomination wtsoever after my Debts Legacys and funeral charges are paid and satisfyed I give and bequeath to my Niece Ann Ryves Daughter of my above named Brother Richard her executors administrators and assigns and I do hereby make constitute and appoint the said Ann Ryves sole executrix and Residuary Legatee of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me heretofore at any time made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the fifteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty seven.

This Will was proved at London before the Wppfull Edward Kinaston Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Wppfull John Bettesworth Doctor of Laws Master keeper or commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted the twenty Second day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty one By the oath of Ann Ryves Spinster the sole executrix in the said Will named to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattells and Creditts of the said deceased being first Sworn duly to Administer.
