In the name of God Amen This twenty first day of July one thousand seven hundred and fifty nine I Hesekiah Reve of Roxabry in the County of Moris and province in new Jersey bein sick and week in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given to God for it there fore calling to mind the mortality of my body knowing that it is apointed for all men once to dy do make and apoint this my Last Will and Testament that prinabaly and first of all I recomend my soull into the hands of God that Gave it and my body to the Earth to be Decently buryed at the Discretion of my Executors nothing Doubting but I shall Receve the same again at the Resurection by the mighty power of God And touching such worldly Goods and estate as it has pleased God th endow me with I dispose of in form and maner as foloweth that is I give and Bequest unto Easter Reve my Beloved wife all my estate my lands and buldings and orchards and all my catle and moveable effects whatsoever during her natural life and no longer except her cloath and the houshold goods she had before me was maried and all that was hers to be her own and at her dispose forever. And further more I give and bequest unto my Beloved brother Manaseh Reve my lands and Buildingand all my moveable estate after my wife Decease and further my will is that my Brother Manaseh Reve shall pay to my five Brothers ten pounds a peace that is to my Brother Jonathan Reve ten pound and to my Brother Wm Reve ten pounds to my brother Jese Reve ten pounds to my Brother Silas Reve ten pounds and to my Brother Puryer Reve ten pounds and further I ordain and apoint my Beloved wife Easter and beloved Brother Manaseh Reve executors of this my Last will and Testament Disalowin and Revokin all other wills and Testaments by me made hodin? for finn? this and no other as my Last Will and Testament signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Hesaki Reve as his last will and testament in presence

William Hopkins & William Grifting two of the witnesses to the within written will being sworn on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God did severally Depose that they saw Hezekiah Reeve the testator within named sign and seal the same & heard him publish pronounce and declare the within instrument to be his Last Will & Testament and that at the doing thereof the said Testator was of sound and disposing mind & memory as far as these deponents know & they verily believe and that Rebecca Robinson the other subscribing witness was present & signed her name as a witness to the said Will together with these Deponents In the presence of the said Testator
